Client Engagement Terms
This policy applies to the RTO Training Validation website and services, operated by RTO Training Resources Pty Ltd (ABN 17 631 073 213, ACN 631 073 213), part of the CAQA Groups family. Last reviewed: 18 July 2026.
Fixed scope
Each engagement is defined by a written scope stating inclusions, exclusions, fee and turnaround. Anything not listed as included is excluded. Scope changes are agreed in writing at the published rates before work proceeds.
Your obligations
Turnaround clocks start when we receive complete tools and evidence. You warrant you are entitled to supply the material you provide and that student evidence is de-identified or supplied with appropriate authority.
Fees
Fees are fixed per the scope, invoiced on booking for engagements under $2,000 and 50/50 booking/delivery above that, payable 14 days. Prices include GST unless stated.
Independence and conduct
For TAE validation we warrant the validator is not employed or subcontracted by your RTO and provide a signed independence declaration. We decline engagements that would compromise independence.
Liability
Our liability for any engagement is capped at the fees paid for that engagement, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
