The plain statement
No consultant can guarantee a registration decision or a performance assessment outcome. ASQA makes those decisions, and only ASQA. Any promise of a guaranteed outcome — from us or anyone else — should end the conversation.
What our work actually does
Independent validation, risk-rated schedules and pre-use reviews strengthen the evidence you hold and the consistency of your assessment system. They are quality inputs. They bind neither the regulator's findings nor its decisions.
Where responsibility sits
The provider remains responsible for its own ongoing compliance, before, during and after any engagement with us. Our role is to make the state of your assessment system visible, documented and independently checked — the decisions about your registration are the regulator's, and the obligations are yours.
