Consultants are not regulated
ASQA's published guidance is blunt and we repeat it: consultants working in the VET and international education sectors are not regulated, and engaging a consultant is not without risk. Undertake due diligence before acting on any consultant's advice, including ours — our credentials, scopes and prices are published to make that diligence easy.
The provider stays responsible
A consultant may help set up a path to compliance, but the provider remains responsible for meeting its regulatory obligations on an ongoing basis. Our reports and records are inputs to your compliance, not a transfer of it.
No regulatory authority
We hold no delegation from ASQA and no ability to influence regulatory decisions. Anyone who implies otherwise is describing a service that cannot exist.
