Privacy Policy
This policy applies to the RTO Training Validation website and services, operated by RTO Training Resources Pty Ltd (ABN 17 631 073 213, ACN 631 073 213), part of the CAQA Groups family. Last reviewed: 18 July 2026.
What we collect
We collect the information you give us through forms on this site: name, organisation, email address, phone number and the content of your enquiry or booking. We do not collect student records unless you supply them for a validation engagement, and then only de-identified wherever possible.
We do not collect government identifiers, financial account details or sensitive information through this website.
Why we collect it
To respond to enquiries, deliver engagements you commission, send template packs you request, and meet our legal and professional record-keeping obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without a separate, explicit opt-in.
Storage and security
Information is stored on access-controlled cloud systems used by the CAQA Groups family. Access is limited to staff who need it for the engagement. Client evidence supplied for validation is handled under the engagement's confidentiality terms and our Data Retention Policy.
Access, correction and complaints
You may request access to or correction of your personal information at any time using the contact details below. Complaints about privacy handling are managed under our Complaints and Feedback policy; if you are not satisfied with our response you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
